Please allow between 2 and 10 days for delivery to most locations in Australia. If located in WA, NT or a regional area, please understand delivery time can be a little longer and is outside our control.
Our postal contractors include Australia Post and Aramex Couriers.


We take great pride in our products and use the highest quality materials. Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This covers material and manufacturing defects or faults, including broken elastic, seams, snap fasteners. 

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, leakage, smells or damage caused by misuse (product care instructions must be followed).

Faulty products will need to be returned to us with proof of purchase and a returns form for repair or replacement. If replacement is required, the product will be replaced with another of the same colour and size (subject to availability). If deemed unreasonable, misuse or fair wear and tear, products will be returned at the customer's expense. We will cover the postage costs for valid warranty claims.

If you’ve purchased Pea Pods products from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

Items purchased directly from us may be returned in certain circumstances. Items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging and be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless deemed faulty. Returns will incur a restocking fee to cover our original postage costs.   

If your order included any bonus or promotional items and they are not returned, the value of those items will be deducted from the credit amount.
